Having discussed different things regarding the repairs to the different kind of gear we own, we thought it would be nice to have a document that we could refer to just in case something happens to our instruments and their accessories.

Let's face it, when something happens to one of "Our Babies" (i.e. they get dropped, due to strap failure, or knocked out of their stand by the dog) we sometimes want to cry.
