I'm thinking of having another Jam, but, this time there's a twist.
As you join the Jam, I will pull a slip out of a hat (okay, it might be a Tupperware bowl). On the slip would either be:
You get the idea. We'd base the Jam on learning something new! This will give some meaning to the Jam and not just to play songs we know. Although I'm sure there'll be time for that too. Whattya think? Steve |

Im down with that. Any ideas on how the scale / lead thing is gonna work. I don't really do those. I know one scale and its over in about 5 seconds. HAHA! Loving the new song / chord progressions.

Scales and lead are pretty easy. Someone would be a scale, let's say G major. Then the group could play a chord progression in G/C/D. The person who studied the scale can get a chance at some lead improv over top of our progression!

Not sure.....I am rather intimidated by those lead players. If I drew the scale thing, there would be no lead to your progressions.
