To add to Marv's comment about Harmonica Don, Purple Haze with a harmonica solo. Gotta luv it!

You and your team did a fine job. Event production, scheduling and time management are always challenging. It was a class event nonetheless, and the hospitality was top notch. My only concern was that my fat ass and pointed head might burst that obstacle course moon bounce so I left that for Billy to navigate while I grubbed out. BTW- Teacher's Pet was so hot that I almost got that fat ass up dancing, but even I am shy about some things. Next year, we need a conga line!

Thanks to all who came and played and enjoyed the day. It was a real blessing that the rain held off. I apologize to all the folks who may have had set time shortened or to those who did not have chance to perform. The time always seems to magically disappear regardless of the amount of time planned (kinda like a purse). Thanks again to all who helped out! I had a blast! I plan on having Rocktober JAM - a BaylinFest lite- more like a typical BGG meetup, BYOB,etc. Ron

All and all, it was a great time! I especially was amused by the Harmonica Don drive-bys with the wireless harmonica mic. "Who's that? Where's that coming from?" And there's Don up the hill grinning behind that chromatic.

Marv, I wouldn't wish a 3-day event on anyone, much less good hosts like Ron and Evelyn! Had i known it was to be more of a band showcase I would have enlisted Shannon and yourself (both of you offered to play), but I saw that there was a couple of spots for BGG open and just figured I'd go with that, mea culpa. My next jam is tentatively planned for late September, and we will definitely post when we get within a month of the date!

Rob, it's not a matter of fault, just circumstance. Mike M., I think Ron needs to make it a three day festival next time. Actually he did mention doing a meetup jam in the fall with no band showcases. When's the next one at your place?

Good food, beer and lot of friends. Was disappointed by not being able to play til sometime after 10pm (I used the link, BTW, as well as sent an e-mail to Ron) but the benefits outweighed the negatives.

Ya it was my fault for not paying more attention. Had WAY too many projects going on over the past couple of weeks. Just was not with the program.
