Open Mic / Lasagna Bake off - Red Eye Yacht Club - Fundraiser

Time to give back a little to our favorite Yacht Club that gives
so much to BGG and have some fun while doing it.

Here's the tentative plan, the club is forming teams to
promote off-season Friday nite activities in a variety of
manners involving food and fun to promote
involvement/ attendance and that ugly word-revenue.
So it's more of a Lasagna feed/Open Mic thats also open to
the boating community. If one chooses to bring a 9x9 or
bigger pre-cooked Lasagna, Then there is no charge to eat
for that person, (for example, I will still pay for my wife's, well
worth it), all others will be charged the princely sum of $6 for
Lasagna, salad, and garlic bread.
1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes will
be given for the best Lasagna. We will produce a flyer for the
club (and BGG) to distribute, (perhaps with Garfield on it as he
loves Lasagna) and it's important for BGG members to RSVP
for accurate feed count and to please specify if they're
interested in cooking or just eating (that's ok) as well as
number of guest attendees who may tag along. Different
types of Lasagna are allowed (they do exist, we've done this
before and dark horse entries do win) Also, as the open mic is
open to other clubs, be prepared for other notions of what may
constitute entertainment. Also wish to limit to a Bass amp and
PA and maybe muted electronic drums as weather will keep
people in close proximity. Cash bar w/cheap drinks as usual.

Howzat for a Friday? I was thinking it could be called the
Lasagna Sonata Regatta.

There is no charge if you're not eating
